These Terms apply to your use of the Manorfiordrest website and to any reservation, service or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort welcome adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. Valid photo identification may be requested upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every booking depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and, where applicable, include statutory VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, the full balance is settled at checkout.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Cancellations inside that window incur a charge for the first night; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or fellow guests, damages property, disregards gaming regulations, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming at our property is governed by International law and is available exclusively to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible play; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. Valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe are not covered.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website — text, imagery, logos and design — belongs to Manorfiordrest or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

This site may link to third-party pages. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those external websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are interpreted under the law of International. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
